April surveys: Co-op seeks member-owner feedback
Roanoke Electric Co-op's quarterly member-owner satisfaction survey phone calls and emails are set to begin April 1 and will conclude by the end of the month. These quarterly satisfaction surveys, conducted by co-op partner Touchstone Energy Services, are a key tool the co-op uses to ensure it is on track providing member-owners the world class service they demand and deserve, and to determine where improvements are needed.
Touchstone Energy Services has partnered with Data Decisions Group to call member-owners and conduct the 10 minute survey. our goal of World Class service. The Data Decisions Group telephone interviewers will identify themselves as calling on behalf of your electric co-op and the survey is expected to last no more than 15 minutes.
Member-owner telephone interviews will be made primarily during weeknights from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Weekend calling will be limited to Saturday only, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. No Sunday calling is permitted during this study, and member-owners may also receive email requests to complete the survey.
